I LOST 40 POUNDS ~ and 50 YEARS of the need for Allergy MEDS

I lost 40 POUNDS and 50 years of the need for allergy medications.....
First time I allowed myself to be photographed in work out attire.....
I still don't like "work out" attire, but it is evident here,
the weight loss is REAL ~ just look at the before video posted below ~ EEEKS.....

The more important factor is that at age 58, I am now healthy, energized, yet was still having
allergy issues.....
I realize that I had come to accept allergies as normal,

I created allergies for 50 years.

At Age 8, my life changed
I was an "unbridled" kid
very free, very unmanaged.....which WE, loved !!!

At age 8 we were sent to live with our Dad,
whereby there were now rules.....limits, and schedules ~ OMG !!!!

My allergies started then,
I believe they arose out of fear,
fear to be heard,
fear to LIVE OUT LOUD,
fear to live as I had before, with no limits....
fear of punishment....

It never went away....
Amazing what we impart upon our children simply because we assume
that children are incapable of conscious intent, and awareness.

I was born aware and have been aware of it since I was four years old.
This was a phase where I had to learn the why of human "limitation"
those we place upon one another and self....

and I'm not entirely sure why .....
Break away from that consensus and you'll find true rebellion....
I found not only peace, but cure for what "ailed" me....

Do you want to be WELL ?
Ask the harder question.
Why is it fun for you to be sick ? ~ What benefit does it give you ?
When you get really clear on why you created the illness, you'll be astounded
at the simplicity clarified on how to resolve what ever issue you have .....

Its a decision
Make a new decision now.
