SO much has changed.....
in the last year....
From Size 20 to Sizzly Size TEN !!!

Turning Age 58 on Tuesday, I realized it was time to "get real"
with the challenges that occurred during my 50's.





Being Fit most all of my life,
and now ......
weighing in at 220 pounds was a health status
I was no longer willing to accept  ~
EEEKS !!!!

Ernestine got me motivated .....
